There is no cost to join our wine club and your benefits will begin after five business days. The only financial commitment is the purchase of the club installments.  Excludes flat rate shipping and tax which will be added at checkout.


After your first two installments, you are able to cancel anytime. should you choose to cancel simply email your request to sales@tranquilheartvineyard.com. Inactive accounts will automatically be canceled after six months. All Wine Club shipments auto-renew with member’s information on file without notice of cancellation.

Each installment is selected from the wines currently available in our portfolio. The wines vary as much as possible given our focused production and include our new releases available each year. You can always adjust your order or switch clubs at any time during the year.

Yes! The wines vary as much as possible given our focused production. If after reviewing a quarterly release you decide you’d prefer all “reds” or all “whites” you can use the link provided in the release to login and adjust your order. It’s also possible to switch clubs at any time during the year.

We are able to provide shipping to AK, AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY. At delivery, each package must be signed for by someone 21 years or older as required by law. 

Prices will vary for each release but will generally average from $175 – $225 for Half Case Club Members and $375 – $450 for Case Club Members. Shipping and handling and taxes are calculated separately per order and vary according to final destination and weight.

Club members receive an email 2 weeks prior to the shipment with information on the selection and can choose to keep or exchange a selection at that time. We encourage everyone to come to a tasting to decide on the wines they prefer. Many members tell us that even though they like what they had at a tasting when new or different varieties are shipped, they are pleasantly surprised by our winemaker’s expert picks.

We charge quarterly for club shipments. We will charge the 1st day of the month; however, if the 1st is on the weekend then club orders will be processed the Friday before.

Wine club processing will occur on or around the first business day of the month, Monday or Tuesday. Shipping customers will have their wines shipped within two days of processing unless otherwise notified by UPS or GSO. The date of delivery depends on your delivery state. Under certain weather conditions, we may delay shipping to ensure your wines arrive safely. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment, provided we have your email address on file. Federal law requires that someone over the age of 21 must be present to sign for the wine club shipment.

Shipping companies make 3 delivery attempts. If not signed for, the wine club shipment will be sent back to the winery and a member will be charged a reshipping fee of $15.

We do our best to replace 100% of the damaged wine for you. Tranquil Heart Vineyard and Winery has the right to investigate, make a decision to replace any wine shipments that have been reported as lost, stolen, or damaged per our discretion. Please call us as soon as possible to report the status of your wine order.  In five years we have never had a claim for a broken bottle.  All shipments are in protective cardboard foam packaging inside a standard shipping box. 

Club Members can purchase additional bottles by visiting our online shop.

All updates to your membership information can be made by emailing us, logging into your online account or by calling our office during weekday business hours at (800) 200-5003.  To ensure you receive your club installments, please maintain up-to-date billing and/or shipping information. Changes or cancelations made after club processing may be subject to extra charges.
