Estate Grown under the shadow of Mt. San Jacinto. This wine is Smooth, great mouth feel. Not your average Barbara. Silky, Velvety, Mellow & Smooth. A Soft dry delicate red wine, with hints of bitter cherry, chocolate caramel, and a medium to heavy smoky oak. Aged in French Oak barrels.
This wine can be served as a stand alone red, or pair with a meal. Recommended with Chicken, Italian Food, Minestrone, Fontina & Gorgonzola.
Dessert: Some Dark bitter chocolate.
